Dean Vargo was honored at a private celebration for his 16 years and 9 months of service to MSP Airport Fire on Thursday 14th July 2022.

Dean medically retired on Wednesday 8th December 2021; a bit earlier than anticipated, but is enjoying his next chapter in life. He has recently accepted a job working as a counselor for challenged adults, teaching them life skills.

He is feeling good and really misses working at the Fire Department. We miss him as well and are very happy his health has improved. Dean is planning to attend the Local S-6 retirement celebration this fall.
